Is Medico Plus a clinic?
No. Medico Plus is a TÜRSAB-approved health tourism travel agency. We are licensed intermediaries — we coordinate travel, accommodation, transfers, translation and appointment logistics. All clinical care is delivered by our contracted partner clinic, Medico Clinic Istanbul.
What is included in a package?
A standard package covers hotel accommodation, all VIP airport and clinic transfers, a dedicated translator, a personal patient coordinator, and full appointment scheduling. Flights are advisory — we help you plan them but you book them directly. Everything is quoted at a fixed price before you travel.
How long should I plan to stay in Istanbul?
Trip length depends entirely on the plan the clinic prepares for your case. Once your records are reviewed, we confirm the exact number of days required and build your itinerary around it before you book anything.
What languages do you support?
Our patient coordinators and translator team work in six languages, including English, German, French, Italian, Arabic and Turkish. You will always have someone who speaks your language present at appointments.
How do I get a quote?

Are there any hidden costs?
No. Your quote is fixed and itemized before you commit. If the clinic recommends any change to your plan after examination, you are informed and the revised cost is agreed with you before anything proceeds.
